Financial Services Forum Congratulates Jonathan Gould on Confirmation as Comptroller of the Currency
Washington D.C. – Financial Services Forum President and CEO Kevin Fromer issued the following statement today after the Senate confirmed Jonathan Gould as the Comptroller of the Currency:
“The Forum congratulates Jonathan Gould on his confirmation to lead the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). Mr. Gould’s experience and leadership in the financial sector, including his role as Senior Deputy Comptroller and Chief Counsel at the OCC, will be instrumental in maintaining the safety and soundness of our banking system. The Forum commends President Trump and the Senate for their action to fill this important position.
