Kelicia Rice

Head of Administration and Events

Kelicia Rice is the Head of Administration and Events at the Forum. She joined the Forum in January 2025.

Ms. Rice is responsible for managing the Forum leadership’s daily operations and ensuring effective coordination with member companies. In this role she also leads the Forum’s event planning and execution to advance the priorities of Forum members.

Ms. Rice previously served as Advisor to the President and Director of Scheduling at the University of Florida, where she managed the president’s daily operations and coordinated with cabinet and senior administrators. Prior to this, she served as Scheduler for U.S. Senator Ben Sasse (R-NE), where she managed the Senator’s calendar and logistics, prepared daily briefing documents, and coordinated with senior staff.

Previously, she was Executive Director of The Great Meadow Foundation, where she managed operations, fundraising, and large-scale public events.

Additionally, she has served as Chief of Staff to Congressman John R. Carter (R-TX), Deputy Director of Scheduling for Vice President Dick Cheney, and Assistant to House Appropriations Committee Chairman Harold Rogers (R-KY).

Ms. Rice holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton, Texas.
