Stephanie Niblock is the Office Manager. She joined the Forum in June 2019.

Ms. Niblock previously served in various human resources roles, including as a recruiter and supervisor for Accenture. In that role, she supervised the full-cycle executive recruiting of manager candidates for Accenture’s technology group, and was part of the nationwide team dedicated to multi-site sourcing and hiring of software architects and project managers.

Prior to her time at Accenture, Ms. Niblock served as the human resources manager for Ricardo, Inc., and as an executive search consultant for Blackman Kallick Bartelstein in Chicago.

Ms. Niblock holds a degree in economics from the University of Arizona. She volunteers at the World Central Kitchen in Washington, DC, and has previously served on the board of the University of Chicago Cancer Research Foundation Auxiliary Board and as a volunteer ESL teacher at Oakton Community College in Des Plaines, IL.
