Matthew Ruane is a Manager of Government Relations. He joined the Forum in December of 2025

Before joining the Forum, Ruane served as the Senior Associate of Advocacy at the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA).

Ruane holds a B.S. in Business Administration with Concentrations in Finance and Value Investing from Fordham University. He is currently working toward a J.D. at Catholic University’s Columbus School of Law in the evening division.
