Emma Tong joined the Forum in January 2024 as the Research Associate, Policy Research. Prior to joining the Forum, Ms. Tong worked at the World Bank as a consultant on the Global Corporate Strategy Team, where she helped manage the World Bank’s worldwide real estate portfolio. Ms. Tong graduated from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) with a Master of International Economics and Finance in 2023, and Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science in Management in Finance and Legal Studies in Business in 2021. At Tulane, Ms. Tong sang as an alto in the Tulane-Newcomb Choir. She also served as Global Ambassador of the Tulane Admission Office to facilitate international student recruitment and volunteered in the Court Watch NOLA program.
