Michael Chasen served as Research Associate, Policy Research at the Financial Services Forum from November 2020 to February 2024. Mr. Chasen graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hillsdale College in 2019. At Hillsdale, he played Offensive Tackle for a championship football team and was a member of the Omicron Delta Epsilon Honor Society in Economics. For his sophomore, junior, and senior years, he took part in the Hillsdale College Spring Break Volunteer Program, in which students spent their spring break volunteering with food drives, serving special needs children, and repairing the facilities of local charities. Mr. Chasen is currently finishing his thesis to receive a Masters of Arts in Economics from Troy University, where he was a recipient of the Manuel H. Johnson Center for Political Economy M.A. Assistantship and invited to join the Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honor Society. At Troy University, Mr. Chasen worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant to multiple professors of Economics.
