Mr. Bartlett previously served as the Vice President of Congressional Affairs at the Consumer Bankers Association, and Vice President of Congressional Relations at the Independent Community Bankers of America, where he focused on various legislative and regulatory priorities related to financial regulatory reform.
Prior to that role, Mr. Bartlett focused on the financial services industry and banking policy while serving as an advisor to Rep. French Hill (R-AR). In that role, he managed a broad legislative portfolio comprised of all issues before the House Financial Services Committee, including legislation affecting capital markets, financial institutions, and housing; as well as all issues related to tax policy and trade.
Mr. Bartlett also has broad regulatory experience having worked at the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the Arkansas State Bank Department.
Mr. Bartlett holds a degree in communications from the University of Arkansas.
