Financial Services Forum Welcomes Adam Finkel to Government Relations Team

Adam Finkel to Serve as Vice President of Government Relations

Washington, D.C. – The Financial Services Forum today announced that Adam Finkel has joined the organization as Vice President of Government Relations.

Finkel will support the Forum’s advocacy and engagement efforts on behalf of America’s largest banks and the customers, businesses, and communities they serve.

“Adam’s experience across Congress and the financial services sector gives him a unique perspective on the policy issues shaping our industry,” said Forum President and CEO Amanda Eversole. “We are thrilled to welcome him to the Forum and look forward to the expertise he will bring to our advocacy efforts.”

Finkel joins the Forum from the office of Senator Raphael Warnock, where he served as Economic Policy Advisor. In this role, he advised the Senator on a broad range of economic and financial policy issues. He also served as Democratic Staff Director for the Senate Finance Committee’s International Trade, Customs and Global Competitiveness Subcommittee and previously worked on the Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee’s Financial Institutions and Consumer Protection Subcommittee.

Prior to his work in the Senate, Finkel served as Deputy Chief of Staff and Legislative Director for Representative Brittany Pettersen and Legislative Director for Representative Tom O’Halleran. He also held government relations positions with national trade associations, where he advocated on federal legislative and regulatory issues.
