Senior Manager, Digital Strategy
Leona Snell is the Senior Manager, Digital Strategy. She joined the Forum in June 2023.
Snell leads the organization’s digital strategy, overseeing social media, content, design, branding, paid media, and other digital marketing efforts. In this role, she also helps shape and oversee integrated campaigns, including advocacy initiatives, that highlight Forum members’ vital role in the economy and advance their policy priorities.
Before joining the Forum, Snell held marketing roles at a municipal bond financial technology company and at an impact investor, where she focused on lead generation, brand building, and client acquisition. She also brings agency experience, overseeing teams and clients across diverse industries in advertising and marketing strategy. She began her career in financial services at Wells Fargo Bank, where she obtained FINRA licenses 6 and 63, and at LPL Financial.
Snell holds an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from the University of San Diego’s Knauss School of Business and a BA in International Business with a minor in French from San Diego State University’s Fowler College of Business.
