Patricia Yeh
General Counsel, Financial Services Forum
Patricia Yeh serves as General Counsel of the Financial Services Forum, bringing more than two decades of experience in bank regulatory law, compliance, and financial sector policy. As the organization’s chief legal advisor, she guides the Forum’s leadership on legal, regulatory, and governance matters, supports the Board of Directors, and engages with policymakers, regulators, and member institutions.
Before joining the Forum in February 2026, Yeh was Head of Regulatory Relations Governance and Senior Associate General Counsel at Truist Financial Corporation and Truist Bank, where she advised senior executives and the Board on supervisory, enforcement, and prudential regulatory issues.
Earlier in her career, Yeh spent over ten years in the Federal Reserve Board’s Legal Division as Senior Counsel for Banking Regulation and Policy. During her tenure, she played a key role in the Federal Reserve’s fintech oversight efforts, including work related to cryptocurrencies and stablecoins, contributed to major Dodd‑Frank Act rulemakings, and provided counsel on mergers and acquisitions, financial institution activities, and regulatory compliance.
Yeh’s background also includes senior compliance leadership roles in Asia and experience at global law firms. She holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Duke University, where she graduated magna cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
