Tiffany Merrill is Executive Assistant at the Financial Services Forum. She joined the Forum in July 2026.

Ms. Merrill serves as the Forum’s Office Manager and operations lead, overseeing day-to-day office operations and supporting the seamless execution of events. She also provides dedicated executive support to members of the Forum’s senior leadership team.

Prior to joining the Forum, Ms. Merrill served in administrative and operations roles at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the BarthHaas Group, where she supported executive leadership and gained experience across both the public and private sectors.

Ms. Merrill earned a Bachelor in Public Health from the University of Lynchburg, followed by a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Public Health.

Ms. Merrill enjoys event planning, organizing group travel, reading, and spending time with her dog, Quincy.
