Zack Barth
CHIEF OF STAFF
Zack Barth serves as Chief of Staff of the Financial Services Forum, where he supports executive leadership and helps advance the organization’s strategic, operational, and policy priorities. In this role, he works closely with the President and senior team, provides cross‑organizational coordination, and supports engagement with members and key stakeholders.
Prior to joining the Forum, Barth served as a Special Advisor at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, working across multiple operational and support divisions, including the Finance and Facilities Division, Cyber Division, and Office of Congressional Affairs. In this role, he partnered with senior executives to address complex management, operational, and strategic challenges facing the Bureau.
Before his time at the FBI, Barth spent nearly four years on Capitol Hill as a Legislative Assistant to Representative Roger Williams (R‑TX), advising the Congressman on a broad portfolio of policy issues. He has also volunteered as a coach for the Republican Congressional Baseball Team since 2017.
A native of Texas, Barth earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Rice University. He lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and their two rescue dogs.
